A registered pharmacist with 20 years post qualification experience in UK healthcare, and over 10 years of experience leading a team of clinicians in the design and execution of industry-leading, innovative clinical programs that improve patient care through a population health management approach. I am highly experienced in the planning, design, and execution of code-compliant, scalable value solutions that drive improvements to patient care by challenging clinical inertia, accelerating pathway adoption, and activating healthcare organisations across our rapidly evolving NHS landscape. I have developed broad leadership experience, subject matter expertise spanning a range of disease pathways, and a deep understanding of the ABPI code of practice through the development and UK-wide delivery of 25+ life sciences commissioned initiatives. I am passionate about applying a data-driven approach to population health management, having led the development and commercialisation of a portfolio of interactive clinical platforms that extract and transform healthcare data to deliver actionable insights to healthcare professionals, allowing them to prioritise effectively and deliver best care to their patients.
