I am a Partner in Dentons' Prague office and a Co-head of the Banking & Finance Group in Prague and Bratislava. Prior to joining Dentons, I spent more than 10 years in the Prague office of Clifford Chance. I graduated summa cum laude as a Master of Laws from the Law Faculty of Charles University in 1997. In I received an LL.M. degree (hons) in International Business Law at the Central European University in Budapest. In 2003, I received my second LL.M. degree in International Comparative Law at the Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle in the USA. I have particular experience in banking & finance (including acquisition finance and real estate finance) and corporate law. Chambers Global 2015 and Chambers Europe 2015 ranked me amongst the leading lawyers in the Banking and finance in the Czech Republic.
