About Daniel Hussey

I began my real estate career shortly after finishing the Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Florida State University. In 2002 I began working as a consultant for Continental Shelf Associates analyzing hazard mitigation plans with a goal of creating effective growth standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of communities. After moving back north to New England, I began working with PrimeTime Communities in 2005 as a Market Analyst and was promoted to Director of Research. I also became Director of Sales for several new construction communities in Massachusetts. As a market analyst, I performed hundreds of real estate market feasibility studies encompassing positioning and pricing strategies for more than $1 billion in real estate projects for properties throughout New England including single family, condominium, high-rise, seasonal, active adult, mixed use, and 55+ housing. As Director of Sales for The Gove Group Real Estate, I oversaw 10-20 residential communities at any given time to ensure our team continually provided the highest level of professional services to clients and customers. As part of a team of managers, I shared the overall responsibility of recruiting top notch agents and staff, seeking out new clients, and promoting growth of the company. Now as a New Construction Specialist, I am very focused on representing builders and selling new homes from the ground up in Maine and New Hampshire. In addition to helping my buyers find homes, I'm always looking for land for new projects. I really love matching a new home with happy buyers. I find it rewarding to help people from the time we walk a vacant piece of land to when they move into their new home. That's the best part of the job.
