I'm a psychological coach, licensed professional counselor associate, mental health educator, and expert in crisis response with a decade+ of experience bridging acute psychiatric care and long-term emotional wellbeing. My background spans from clinical case management and trauma-informed care, to body-aware methods for navigating emotional complexity and building resilience.My approach is grounded in emotional intelligence and cultural fluency, and resonates especially with first-generation Americans, creatives managing high internal pressure, and people navigating identity shifts, burnout, or cross-cultural tension in families, workplaces, or partnerships.I'm co-founder and co-host of The Abstract, a creative mental health platform that turns emotional insight into community learning. We offer everything from workshops on nervous system resilience, meditations for emotional reset, podcast episodes on culture and coping, to a virtual gallery exploring the intersection of psychology and visual storytelling. I lead all aspects of the platform—from curriculum design and content strategy to podcast hosting and visual curation.
