Focus on doing the right thing and success will follow. I was a new father when I began my career. That drove home for me the power of what we do, the power of protecting people. It also made me recognize the importance in helping people understand what they don't know, helping them prepare for their future. To this day, I give my all to helping financial professionals deliver on that promise. The way I see it, financial professionals don't primarily manage money. They manage expectations, emotion and risk. At Athene, our industry-leading products and driven culture enable professionals to do just that, especially when it comes to risk. My role as a trusted partner is to help advisors: • improve client retention • grow, gather and protect assets • manage risks Throughout my career, I'm proud of the relationships I've built. You need to genuinely care about people if you want to see success in this industry. I've also been fortunate to work for and with tremendous people, including the leadership here at Athene. Early in my career my dad gave me the most important advice I've gotten."Never sell someone something they don't need." It's my guiding light in sales, and another reason I feel so at home here. When I step away from the office, I love to organize and execute a family trip. We all get involved. I enjoy researching new destinations and my whole family loves exploring, learning and creating memories.
