As a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of contributing to diverse aspects of HR management. My expertise spans IT offshore team deployment, business operations, business turnaround, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organization development, HR audits, internal communication, employee relations, knowledge management, HR analytics, benchmarking HR practices, employee retention, HR strategy, and employer branding. Currently, I serve as the Senior Vice President of HR at EC Group International, where I am an integral part of the Strategic Management Team. Over the years, my contributions to the HR domain have been recognized with several awards, including- HR Leader of the Year by The Economic Times - 40 Most Talented HR Leaders in India by World HRD Congress - HR Leadership Award by Asia Pacific HRM Congress - Global Humanitarian Award by WHD, UK Beyond my corporate role, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience. As a frequent keynote speaker at HR, business, and social conferences, I enjoy connecting with professionals, educators, and students. I also conduct workshops and guest lectures to inspire the next generation of HR leaders. In addition to my professional endeavours, I am the Founder and Executive Director of the You Are Loved Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering communities through education, employment, and enlightenment. As a board member of several social enterprises, I actively engage in community development and social upliftment initiatives.
