As an experienced 3rd/4th Line Infrastructure Engineer with a current focus on end-to-end Project management I am often a point of technical escalation for our internal teams as well as the conduit for the business to design, implement and improve our varied portfolio of solutions. I can operate at a hands-on technical level whilst simultaneously engaging with decision makers on a strategic plan, enabling me to have great impact and often act as a go to point of reference. Due to my experience with both field based working and remote support based roles I bring a grounded and knowledgeable approach to any project or implementation that I am involved in. I am a highly ambitious, motivated team player who thrives on undertaking new challenges and applying my knowledge of varying technology stacks in addition to learning new skills.
