In banking, there are specialists who know one area deeply, and there are problem-solvers who can connect dots across the entire organization. I'm the latter. My career at Bank Mandiri has been about taking on different challenges where the bank needed fresh perspective- When we needed to modernize our wholesale platform, I stepped in to lead digital experience, balancing tech innovation with regulatory reality- When we wanted to grow in regional markets, I moved to Papua to build our retail funding and lending business from the ground up- When we needed to strengthen our mortgage foundation, I spent seven years building partnerships and coaching teams in our consumer lending unit. The common thread? I enjoy complex challenges that require understanding both the numbers and the people. Having worked across digital, retail, and lending verticals, I bring a unique perspective to any banking leadership table. Open to discussions about the next interesting challenge.
