I have experience in regular financial and commercial management reporting, consolidation of complex financial management reporting for various countries, preparation of various Like for Like analysis, bridges, monitoring actual performance variances to budget across the company, cost and revenue analysis, monitoring variances across the company, and analysing business performance via relations between revenue, costs, and KPIs.
