I specialize in real estate law, handling various transactional, litigation, and land use matters for clients in the commercial and residential sectors. With 7+ years of experience in this field, I have developed strong skills in drafting and negotiation both transactional and litigation documents and closing transaction deals, as well as appearing before local planning and zoning boards regarding development projects. In addition to my legal practice, I have been an Adjunct Professor at Boston University School of Law, where I have taught Contract Drafting to aspiring lawyers. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of legal professionals, and enhancing their practical and analytical skills. I hold a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where I received the Homer Albers Prize for the best brief in the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition and reached the semi-finals in the Seigenthaler-Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese History and Urban Studies with minors in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, where I gained a keen interest in urban policy and redevelopment.
