I’m a senior technology leader with 10+ years’ experience delivering mission-critical systems in capital markets — and a strong track record of leading teams through change while maintaining operational excellence. As Head of Capital Market & Digital Technology at NZX, I lead a team of 20 across Build, Test, and Run functions. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve helped deliver continuous uptime across all trading, clearing, and payments systems, modernised key platforms, and raised team engagement to top-quartile levels globally. I work closely with executive leadership, board committees, and vendors to align delivery with strategic outcomes and regulatory expectations. My leadership approach blends systems thinking, people-centred culture, and disciplined execution — and I thrive when helping others perform at their best. Currently completing the Deloitte NextGen CIO programme, I’m actively preparing for my next chapter in technology leadership.
