My background includes operational development from the ground up, business strategy assessing markets, analyzing trends, content creation, and supporting strategic initiatives. I am a visionary utilizing a deep understanding of humans, communication, and motivational tactics. The foundation of my success is seeded measurable goals, grit, curiosity, and execution. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to provided one-on-one coaching to mega agents with $10M to $50M in sales volume. I provide the technical leverage and the knowledge necessary to compete and out perform competitors in the market. I have been afforded the opportunity to present, at scale​, ​to groups of 500+ individuals in digital and arena ​type ​environment.​ I am credited for strategizing and leading the transition to a completely digital environment with a Keller Williams franchise at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The efforts resulted in 8 of the highest record setting months of production in the company’s 22-year history. Together we have developed virtual learning environments and provided the resources necessary to allow our Realtors to operate in a completely digital capacity. Other achievements in 2020 in profit for the investors of the franchise. In the same year I was recognized as one of the top three Keller Williams Team Team Leaders in our region, achieving “black belt” status in Keller Williams. Under my leadership, we ranked highest on average in every measurable category when compared to all other brokerages in Northern Illinois. I have grit. I am innately curious. I execute.
