As a Logistics Director at Signify, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, I was responsible for creating and executing the vision and strategy to centralize and optimize the major logistics functions and build a control tower solution for regional distribution. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, I have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class customer service and quality, managing 3PLs operations and relationships, and identifying and implementing regional cost savings. I am a certified APICS CLTD and a skilled negotiator, operations manager, lean practitioner, and quality leader. I have a multicultural working experience in different countries, including a few years in China, where I gained valuable insights into the dynamics and challenges of the global logistics market.
