About Daniel Kane

Technical leader and mechanical engineer with a background in electro-mechanical design, manufacturing, project management, and process engineering. I hold Lean Six Sigma and Master Molder certifications, which assist in providing strategic leadership for manufacturing, quality, injection molding and other supporting operations. As a design and manufacturing engineer, I spearheaded the mechanical design efforts of multiple products successfully launched into the medical and industrial fields. I began and have since assisted with the vertical integration of injection molding operations, which has led to increased efficiencies, better inventory control, decreased costs, and improved quality of Inspired Energy's plastic enclosures. I'm passionate about the vertical integration and on-shoring of manufacturing processes into the U.S. where it makes sense. Hard work, determination, accountability, and transparency are key values I strive to uphold. I believe in a work-hard, play-hard environment and utilizing effective team dynamics to solve complex problems and complete difficult projects on time.
