About Daniel Kang
Hello! I am a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology at UC Berkeley's College of Chemistry. Currently, I am a member of the Flannery lab in the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute where we study AAV-mediated gene therapies to restore vision. After graduation, I intend to continue research in biotech and biomedical fields. Specifically, I am most interested in discovering early-detection practices for terminal diseases.
