With a Master's degree in Physics and a background in flat lenses research I have developed a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. During my internship in flat lenses I honed my ability to approach complex challenges with precision and creativity. However my true passion lies in connecting with people and helping them reach their full potential. This led me to transition into the field of Human Resource Management where I have spent the last two years as a Human Resource Manager. In my role I have thrived on fostering positive work environments and leveraging the talents of individuals. I genuinely enjoy interacting with diverse teams understanding their unique strengths and developing strategies to maximize their contributions most of the time achieved through active listening and the skills I developed during my NLP training. I take pride in identifying and nurturing high-potential individuals supporting their growth through mentorship training and performance management initiatives which I cultivated through my work experience with software teams where I effectively managed a diverse group of people with differing opinions interests cultural backgrounds and language barriers.
