Daniel’s passion for real estate development stretched into a new realm with the creation of an innovative, single-room occupancy student housing product in the City of Sweetwater, FL. These modern, communal living duplexes are actively being developed in the adjacent neighborhoods surrounding Florida International University. Kaskel currently owns and manages 16 units.
