Background
About Daniel Keiner
I’m a seasoned Food & Beverage leader with over 15 years of experience driving culinary innovation, operational excellence, and team development in both boutique hotel and multi-concept restaurant environments. Currently serving as Director of F&B at Hotel Indy (Tribute Portfolio by Marriott), I lead all facets of service and culinary execution—from multi-outlet operations and banquets to branded activations and guest engagement. My background spans launching new concepts, managing P&L and cost structures, and building high-performing teams that deliver consistent, elevated guest experiences. I’ve overseen up to 50 employees across 6 distinct concepts, maintained food and labor costs below 28%, and recently increased property F&B revenue by 10% while executing high-profile events for Ferrari and NBA All-Stars. Whether it's menu engineering, leadership development, or cross-departmental collaboration, I bring vision, structure, and grit to every opportunity. Ripple Effect Nominee (2023) Winner – Best Pork & Wine Pairing, 2025 Taste of Elegance Eagle Scout
