About Daniel Kellman

With a background in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, and cloud technologies, I’ve grown into IT Operations Management through consistent progression and hands‑on experience. I’ve worked across Azure, identity, networking, device management, and security tooling, and I’m now applying that technical foundation to leading a global operations team.My focus is on improving service desk performance, supporting acquisition migrations, and ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and scalable. I’m still developing as a leader, but I bring a practical, engineering‑driven approach to operational challenges and team development.I enjoy simplifying complexity, strengthening processes, and helping people work more effectively — whether through technology, structure, or clear communication.
