About Daniel Kernaghan

As a business we don’t make anything, we are solely focused on delivering service to our clients and to do that we need to have the best people in the industry. Therefore, a big part of my role is attracting and retaining talent, ensuring we provide our people with a platform for them to thrive and grow, progressing their careers whether that be in Australia or globally. An empowering and inclusive leader, I see myself as somewhat self sufficient, a leader who relies on everyone around me to hold up their end and do their part. I still love getting out of bed everyday and coming to work. After 19yrs, I love the challenge, the depth and diversity of our business, so broad yet also so targeted on any given day. More so, my continued love of our business fundamentally comes down to the people I work with. It’s a culture and environment that enables me to do my best work. The people are supportive, they are collaborative, indeed nothing makes me happier than seeing connection and collaboration across the entire JLL business.
