About Daniel Kerstetter

My professional journeys have developed me into a business management professional with more than 15 years of management experience. My most significant areas of expertise are operational analysis and planning, team building and development, customer service and relationship building, logistical planning and financial analysis. I have worked for several companies that excel in these areas with the most recent being United Parcel Service and Enterprise Holdings, Inc. As a branch manager at Enterprise I won Exceptional Achievement Awards 7 out of 10 years, was a yearly Top 10 leader in Customer Service scores, trained and developed numerous employees into management roles and developed strategic operating strategies which led to these accomplishments. At Enterprise I also helped secure and manage one of the largest government rental contracts in VA for 8 years and received a government rating of "Exceptional" for contract services. Success has come due to developing strong operational processes and by taking care of my customers and my employees. My goal has always been to exceed customers expectations. I have focused on training and developing my employees and encouraging their ideas and input in developing new standards of excellence. I am adept at problem solving and an analytical thinker that uses logic to reach conclusions. I am constantly seeking ways to streamline tasks and am proactive in my approach. I impose demanding standards for excellence and am detail-oriented. I take personable accountability in fulfilling my commitments and enjoy completing all tasks ahead of schedule. While I am well rounded in my skills and abilities, I enjoy team environments where the strengths of each individual can contribute and be part of the success. I have a competitive nature and enjoy team competitions. I also value working honestly and ethically and I am passionate about companies that are committed to sustainability and environmental awareness.
