About Daniel Kimotho
I’m a fintech and blockchain ecosystem builder passionate about helping founders turn bold ideas into scalable, impactful ventures across Africa. With over 7 years of experience in Web3, financial inclusion, and startup acceleration, I currently lead Celo Foundation’s ecosystem efforts in Africa — supporting founders with capital access, technical support, and go-to-market execution. I’ve organized hackathons, bootcamps, and ecosystem partnerships while working closely with regulators and investors across the region. As a co-founder of Kotani Pay and EOS Nairobi, I’ve been in the trenches building blockchain products and understand firsthand what it takes to launch, grow, and fundraise in emerging markets.I mentor in fintech and blockchain tracks — bringing deep experience in product strategy, decentralized finance, and ecosystem growth. Always happy to connect with founders, builders, and investors shaping the future of finance.Meaningful work, meaningful relationships.**The views expressed are my own**
