Hey it's Daniel People are often surprised when they hear I transitioned from banking to hospitality, but for me, the shift was more natural than it seems. I spent over five years as a branch manager, leading a high-performing team and helping individuals and families improve their lives through smart financial solutions. Whether it was guiding someone through buying their first home, managing debt, or planning for the future, it was all about trust, service, and meaningful relationships. Now in hospitality, my mission hasn't changed I'm still focused on making people's lives better, just in a different context. Whether guests are traveling for business, vacation, or a major life event, I get to create a space where they feel valued, comfortable, and cared for. The industries are different, but the heart of the work listening, problem-solving, and delivering a great experience is exactly the same.
