As a Marine Corps veteran with a robust background as a licensed stockbroker, I am currently pursuing a J.D./ MBA at Saint Louis University School of Law, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. My diverse experiences have honed my leadership abilities and client-facing skills, equipping me to excel in complex and dynamic environments. During my time in the Marine Corps, I developed resilience, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence, which I carried into my role as a Financial Services Representative at Charles Schwab. Here, I navigated complex systems and delivered exceptional client experiences during a historic merger. My passion for corporate law, particularly in Mergers and Acquisitions, drives me to leverage my legal and business acumen to provide innovative solutions and strategic advice. In my current role as a Faculty Fellow for Professor Ann Scarlett, I delve into the rationale and effects of the universal demand requirement in the Model Business Corporation Act and research the impact of entrepreneurial skills among legal professionals. This experience, combined with my MBA in Data Analytics, strengthens my ability to address intricate financial and corporate challenges. I am dedicated to advocating for veterans and neurodivergent individuals, actively participating in Law Students for Veterans Advocacy and the Disabled and Neurodivergent Law Students group. My goal is to contribute to a law firm where I can utilize my unique perspective, skills, and experiences to drive meaningful impact and foster inclusive growth.
