With 20+ years of experience in automotive quality management, I have worked across Europe with premium OEMs like VW, Porsche, Volvo, Audi, and Ford, ensuring millions of high-precision components meet the highest standards. As a leader in quality and process optimization, I combine deep industry expertise with data-driven decision-making and digitalization to drive efficiency, compliance, and business success. My experience spans both operational leadership and consulting, where I have helped companies across Europe implement best-in-class quality strategies, streamline processes, and leverage data analytics for smarter decision-making. I am a DGQ-certified Quality Manager and certified by the European Organization for Quality (EOQ), in addition to being a certified auditor (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, TISAX). Through my extensive work with high-volume production environments, I have gained deep expertise in plastic injection molding, painting processes, and complex assembly operations. This combination of operational experience, consulting know-how, and data expertise allows me to bring skills and values that go far beyond the traditional role of a Quality Manager.
