About Daniel Kokan

I’m an enterprise architect pursuing my MBA with 15 years of experience leading technology transformation to make work better for employees, customers, and partners. I’ve led the selection and implementation of 50+ systems, mentored hundreds of team members, and partnered with executives and business leaders to align strategy, systems, and people. I advocate for transparent culture, meaningful employee experience, and practical change management because technology is a means to an end - empowering people. Right now, I’m working on how best to articulate the value of enterprise architecture across my organization, and creating a model that can scale across the broader IT team. I'm building toward a future executive role where I can better shape culture, helping my organization make smarter decisions on how we use technology to support our people. I’m always interested in connecting with others who are passionate about building organizations that work better for humans.
