In my work, I regularly analyze the market and competition to better understand trends and customer needs, which allows me to adapt the offer to individual requirements. I conduct product and service presentations, discuss the advantages of using various gas solutions and offer individual solutions tailored to the needs of customers in various industrial sectors. Previously, I dealt with hydrogen applications, welding, laser and plasma cutting technologies, high-temperature hardening furnaces and metallurgical furnaces, and furnaces for burning clinker, the basic component of cement. Currently, I am responsible for food processing and pharmaceutical production. In addition, I am responsible for calculating the profitability of investments in gas infrastructure, negotiating commercial terms and concluding contracts with clients, while ensuring high standards of customer service and building long-term business relationships. Thanks to my very broad competences, I also provide technical support to clients, providing advice on safety and operation of gas infrastructure. I cooperate with the technical and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and technical support at the highest level. My job requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, quick decision-making and high responsibility. I am ready for the challenges of the dynamic market and I constantly develop my skills to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the technical gases industry.
