About Daniel Kroupa

Most important is the sense for detail. Two most important mottos which are accompanied me during my career in hospitality are: “Think Like A Guest, Act Like An Owner” for make my guests happy and “Think we, not me” to be always the better team. I have been working many years in luxury restaurants in Prague and in four- and five-stars hotels, which are located, in the centre of Prague. In the restaurants, I was in the position of a waiter or a cook. In the hotels, I worked as a waiter and a bartender and room service waiter. In the United Kingdom, I was working as a supervisor of the F&B department in 4-star hotels belonging under hotel chain Accor and Hilton, which is one of the leading hotel's groups in the world. During this time, I passed some training like a Duty Manager or First Aid course.
