About Daniel Kubala

I started my professional career in the automotive industry, working on the implementation of industrial projects and improving production processes on the shop floor. This experience gave me a strong foundation in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and the real challenges faced by production teams. Today I work in the software industry, helping develop advanced manufacturing solutions as part of the team building Manufacturo. My work focuses on developing and improving core production modules that support modern, data-driven factories, including: • Quality Management • Dispatching and production coordination • Document and process management • CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) • Digital workflows for manufacturing operations Through this work, I collaborate with some of the most innovative hardware startups in the world - including companies in the space industry, nuclear energy, and other deep-tech sectors. Many of these teams are founded or led by engineers with experience from organizations such as SpaceX, building the next generation of advanced industrial technologies. This role allows me to combine my background in manufacturing with modern software development to help cutting-edge companies scale production, maintain quality, and bring complex hardware products to market faster. I’m particularly interested in: • advanced manufacturing systems • aerospace and space industry • nuclear and energy technologies • digital transformation of production • software supporting hardware startups
