Current interests:* management 3.0, leadership with vision and values, extending strengths in strategy * coaching and mentoring to improve in my team leadership * learn more about logistics in various aspects * develop knowledge of other cultures in context of doing business * from time to time also to improve in project/portfolio management Specialties: Project Management, Team Management, Communication, Business Development, Development in Java, J2EE, relation DB, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, EDI Integration including transmission protocols, EDI standards/formats etc.(edifact, VDA, idoc) Bit about the past: I was always very interested in Computer Science - this started when I was in primary school programming in BASIC and LOGO small games on ZX Spectrum, later on Commodore 64 and Atari. It lead me to choose studies on the University of Wrocław where I spent fantastic 5 years learning programming, maths and algorithms. After that time had chance to get academic experience in teaching of theoretical aspects of Computer Science especially cryptography and analysis of algorithms which are still very interesting to me. Commercial work started by development and testing application written in Java and J2EE with connection to Oracle DB. Being fast and creative helped me to lead the team, design solutions and to care of build of a product for AXIT company. Finally I used my management skills in project management and consulting for customers in business solutions with AX4, leading multicultural projects and building complex solutions. Some of key customers stayed on my desk and I also learned how to care of them in daily work.
