As a Technical Engineer with over four years of experience in vehicle telematics and GPS tracking solutions, I specialise in analytical analysis, helping customers and my team to break down complex issues into clear, practical solutions. My career journey has taken me from hospitality to telecommunications and now into technology, providing a broad perspective on customer service, account management, and technical problem solving. Along the way, I’ve built a resilient ability to self-learn and appreciate a genuine passion for technology; especially how it can solve real world problems and make lives easier. I hold a Certificate IV in Information Technology and currently completing a Diploma of IT as an ICT Business Analyst. I am detail oriented, organised, and focus on planning and leadership, with a drive to deliver outcomes that provide customers confidence and reassurance. My goal is to continue developing my expertise in technology and business analysis, with near focus on leadership opportunities where I can drive innovation, support teams, and guide organisations to receive the most value from their technology solutions.
