I am a student at Yeshiva University, pursuing a degree in Accounting. I have a passion for real estate and finance, and I recently completed an internship as an Asset Management- Equity intern at Harbor Group International, a leading real estate investment and management firm.During my internship, I assisted the Asset Management team in evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting comprehensive financial and market analysis, and delivering presentations to senior leadership. I also reviewed and analyzed proforma assumptions for a diverse portfolio of assets totaling $17B, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving overall financial performance. I gained valuable skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and communication, and I learned from experienced professionals in the industry. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities, and to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.
