Daniel A. Later is the founder of Later CPA & Associates, PLLC, where he helps business owners achieve their tax goals and streamline operations to turn dreams into reality. Daniel found his passion for accounting during college, where an introductory accounting course ignited his interest in financial statements and journal entries. This led him to earn a Master of Taxation from Weber State University, pass the CPA exam, and become fully licensed in Utah. Daniel's expertise spans bookkeeping, payroll, tax strategy, and planning. Guided by experts, he mastered using tax laws to help businesses save on taxes legally and ethically. He soon realized the value of specializing into a specific industry and, with his wife’s advice, chose to focus on serving mental health professionals—dedicated individuals committed to helping others. His mission is to empower business owners to grow while staying true to their passion. Daniel aims to provide clear business insights, establish efficient procedures, and reduce tax burdens, helping entrepreneurs focus on what they love. In his free time, Daniel enjoys listening to sci-fi audiobooks from his favorite authors while peacefully doing yard work. As a hobby, he designs, 3d prints, and creates small toys and knick knacks. He also enjoys long car drives with his family.
