Throughout my career, I have led hardware development and industrialization projects across automotive, electric mobility, medical, and consumer electronics sectors. At Sword Health, I lead the Continuous Improvement function, driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and field performance. I work closely with Hardware, Mechanical, Firmware, and Process teams to support validation and long-term reliability of new products. I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, applying a data-driven mindset and hands-on leadership to align engineering and operations around impactful product outcomes.
