I am a two-time bestselling author and award-winning podcast host with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, digital communities and communications. I've worked for or advised organizations ranging from the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization to Google. I have a particular passion for word-of-mouth marketing and reputation, the subjects of my two books: Talk Triggers (with Jay Baer) and Manipurated. I started my career on Google's early communications team and have had the privilege to work all over the world. I've been part of large events as a keynote speaker and workshop leader, had 1:1 consultations with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies.
