With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 8 years in leadership roles, I have successfully led teams through transformative periods, helped open a new resort, introduced innovative programs, and rebuilt operations from the ground up. My career spans a diverse range of responsibilities, from strategic business development to operational management, with a strong focus on driving growth and ensuring exceptional guest and owner satisfaction. As the General Manager at Sun Palace Vacations, I guided the company through a critical restructuring following Hurricane Ian. I played a pivotal role in assisting property owners with renovations and led the extensive renovation of our own office building. Within two years, we scaled the business by onboarding over 100 properties, significantly expanding our reach and enhancing service quality for both clients and owners.
