I’m an HR professional currently working as a Talent Digital Delivery Administrator, with a growing focus on HRIS systems and digital solutions in the talent space. I’m excited to be deepening my knowledge of how technology supports employee experiences, data accuracy, and HR efficiency. Previously, I worked as an Employee Relations Administrator, where I built a strong foundation in HR operations by managing documentation, organizing historical case data, and ensuring data integrity across platforms like Workday and SharePoint. That experience taught me the value of clean systems, thoughtful processes, and how behind-the-scenes work creates better outcomes for people. I’m passionate about creating work environments that balance efficiency and empathy - and I’m always looking to grow in areas where HR and technology meet.
