I'm an experienced, well-rounded, product management leader who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to market problems. After almost a decade working in product management at some of the world's leading and innovative companies - I know that this is what I love to do! My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself- Having a technical and business background has allowed me to be a product advocate and be able to communicate to different audiences - Leading and growing world-class product teams is very rewarding and it's a blast seeing them continually build their product careers - I have an uncanny ability to remain very calm and collected despite any adversity, ambiguity, and challenges placed in front of me - I am passionate in digging deep to understand and empathize about customer problems and love hearing the feedback after our team's attempts at solving them with modern technologies - Involving cross-functional teams in the early stages of the product life cycle leads to a much more solid solution as it allows for different perspective inputs ad instills a greater sense of ownership with the team - My gut instinct for decisions are usually good, but I need to seek data to back it up - Roadmapping is a sport - There's always changes and adjustments, but having a strategy for everyone to rally behind is key to providing a consistent directional "north star" I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives on things whether it's about the product management craft, software lifecycle, cars, or the Toronto Raptors.
