Being active in a cross cultural environment and international oriented whilst working on essential challenges on this globe, drives me. Reaching results in an entrepreneurial effective environment satisfies me. Being able to play a role in people's personal development recharges me. Today, that makes me a development entrepreneur. I find pleasure in water. Working every day to leave this treasure to my three boys, Love it. Please contact me for any development ideas you find essential to develop. I am always glad to think along. Experience developed through irrigation and drinking water projects in south America, Sub Saharan Africa as well as the Netherlands, Albania and Turkey. Key in all these projects was the interaction between technologies and people, the working processes that surround thechnology introduction, and the development of new non-existent technologies. Innovation, experiments, value propositions and bussines development are essential components of the succesfull introduction of change. My working environment has evolved from the private consultancy, NGO-development sector, international engineers, to development entrepreneurs.
