Also, 20+ years of leading and collaborating with highly complex and diverse teams to drive solutions still in operation. Systems engineering and mechanical engineering SME, to include ideation, architecture definition and design, mechanical and mechanism design (including CAD/CAM), analysis (i.e, structural, thermal, dynamic loads, finite element, etc.), prototyping, fabrication, assembly, integration and test (i.e, shock, vibration, thermal, thermal vacuum, etc.), and launch and early on-orbit operations. Inventor and patent holder of several innovations, with self-built hardware on orbit with successful operations. Award-recognized technical and subject matter author and speaker. Personally integrated numerous satellites onto launch vehicles ranging from smallsats thru school bus-sized payloads.
