About Daniel List

I have 13 years experience in education from grades preschool through high school. My field is music education with a speciality in instrumental, band. I have conducted many ensembles including the spring musical and also written/arranged music for marching band, jazz band, and small ensembles. Teaching on so many different levels has given me a unique perspective in the field of music education and education as a whole. I feel these developed skills largely have helped me grow in my field, but could also be an asset in fields outside of education as well. An educator must be organized and knowledgeable of the material with a passion for learning, and an artist must think outside of the box and be malleable to their current situation. As a professional educator I bring the experience, flexibility, and creativity that any school, or outside profession, needs to be successful. I am never set in my ways and am always looking to improve myself and my professional skills. An educator is never done learning!
