I’m passionate about making things, taking ideas and turning them into working prototypes and real products that people enjoy. I thrive on the process of problem-solving, refining designs, and figuring out how to bring concepts to life. Whether I’m machining a part, implementing new manufacturing technology, or leading a team, I enjoy the challenge of making things work. For me, the magic of product creation is working with driven, hands-on people who are excited about what they do, the ones who think about a problem long after the workday ends. I enjoy both big-picture strategy and the details that make it real, finding ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and push innovation forward. Outside of work, I spend my time in nature riding bikes, skiing, and playing beach volleyball. I enjoy traveling, designing fun and useful tools for my home and hobbies, and am always seeking new things to learn.
