About Daniel Luca

A talented and accomplished professional with a strong background in architecture, and construction, having a passion and gaining experience in both the residential, and retail/commercial building industry from a very young age. Studying and completing a Diploma of Builder’s Registration as well as graduating from Curtin University (W.A.) with Bachelors of applied Architectural Science (Architecture), developing and running my own Architecture/design practice, partnering with a engineering company, and working for one of Perth’s largest residential builders, I consider myself an achievement driven individual adept at being directly involved in almost all stages of design and construction. Personally associating with clients, workers, and other industry professionals has provided a substantial grounding in developing my communication skills, management skills and analytical problem solving skills, whilst providing support and attending to client diversities has allowed me to cultivate lasting work and client relationships. Upholding a substantially strong work ethic and attention to detail, I am exceedingly organised and self-motivated with excelled communication skills, both written and verbal. With experience in both individual and teamwork environments, and strong regards to initiative and the ability to solve problematic situations with due diligence, allows me to be a solid team player working exceptionally well in any scenario. Considering myself a fast learner, I am always willing to accept new challenges, and whilst I am eager to implement the professional skills and expertise I have developed thus so far, I am additionally committed to ongoing learning. I believe that collaboration and teamwork has the potential to unlock and develop new ideas, skills, knowledge, and in-turn producing better results, especially within a working environment.
