About Daniel Lucey

My professional and educational background in environmental engineering has put me in a unique position to assist clients in obtaining the environmental approvals needed to create the built environment. As an engineer, I understand the practical and economic constraints of land planning. As a regulatory specialist, I have intimate knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the Clean Water Act, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and many other relevant regulations. As a seasoned environmental services professional, I am able to integrate this expertise to help utility, public and private sector clients navigate the challenges associated with construction and land development in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
