About Daniel Lynch

I graduated from Manhattan College in the Spring of 2014 with a B.S. in Structural Design. At the moment I am enjoying the challenge of rehabilitating 62 bridges throughout Bronx and New York county in NYC under a NYSDOT contract. In December of 2015 we completed the re-decking/structural steel overhaul of the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge in Orange County, NY for the NYSBA. I have been with KISKA Construction for just under 2.5 years as of November 2016. I have several years of hands-on construction, sitework, and contracting experience. In the past three years I have worked for Savvy Structures and Yonkers Contracting, assisting and leading in simple steel structures, site and civil, and hydrology design. This allowed me to work on such projects as the 2012 Aleutian "Living Building Challenge" Competition and the ongoing Delaware aqueduct bypass tunnel in Newburgh, NY. I enjoy challenging and stimulating work. My skills are not limited to computer software as I pride myself in being a people person and a hard worker. I believe I have a good sense of humor and that I offer optimism with level-headed thinking. I thoroughly enjoy construction management, but am open to all fields and philosophies of Civil Engineering.
