About Daniel M.

I have worked within the legal and/or investigative research fields for more than 15 years. Since April 2013, I have been an Investigative Research Consultant personally performing due diligence and/or asset research on more than 1,500 subjects (including both individuals and public and private companies). Previously I served as a North Carolina Magistrate Judge where I presided over hundreds of civil and criminal matters. While in this position I analyzed testimony, records, pleadings and evidence in matters with respect to the corresponding burden of proof. My legal career began as a Legal Word Processor and Notary for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC. Thereafter, I became a Paralegal and Case Manager working for Pharr Law, PLLC, a boutique law firm specializing in real estate and construction litigation. Prior to my legal and investigative careers, I served honorably in the United States Navy for nearly a decade. During my service, I assisted numerous sailors in obtaining background security clearances which were vetted through the Naval Criminal Investigative Service ("NCIS") and Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI"). I hold a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration.
