About Daniel M.

I’m a Staff Field Service Engineer and Project Lead at Harmonic, where I manage the deployment of broadband infrastructure across Comcast’s network which includes large-scale fiber rebuilds, Remote PHY (RPHY) rollouts, and HFC-to-data center transitions. My sweet spot is where technical execution meets customer success. I scope projects, work cross-functionally with engineering and sales, lead field teams, and serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Over the last few years, I’ve developed deep expertise in HFC, PON, and RPHY technologies; while honing the communication and strategic thinking needed to guide complex, customer-facing deployments. Now, I’m building on that foundation with a clear focus: growing into a Sales Engineer or Field Sales Engineer role where I can drive technical discovery, shape pre-sales solutions, and help customers solve problems at scale.
