About Daniel Mabena

I am highly passionate and versatile IT person with almost 7years experience in the IT industry and I gained vast IT and Business skillsets. I started as a Systems Support Desk Analyst with Wings Travel management, which I worked with them for 2 years, also worked as IT Helpdesk Administrator with Tourvest Destination Management. I am now employed as a Network Administrator with Tourvest Destination Management for almost 5 years now. My specialty is networking and Technical support but not limiting myself as I would like to learn and grow both individually and professionally. Throughout my working experience one of the most important things I got to learn and am still practicing today is customer service. This involves being able to communicate with the customer, being able to listen to a customer, putting a customer first and understanding them at hand. I personally believe that I am a hard worker, reliable, calm and I try by all means to meet targets, whereby I carry out tasks that I am given in a thorough manner, I understand users/clients, and I know when and how to prioritize tasks. I am always open for a new challenge, new technologies and new environment.
