About Daniel MacEk

They say law is complicated and on that note I would add, that’s exactly why I enjoy it. Quite frankly often in the areas of business corporations, real estate, receivables and trademarks. Let’s just say that when things start to get complicated, that’s when I really start to have fun. After passing the Czech BAR exams in 2011, I worked as a lawyer and head of the legal department at NSG Morison. There I gained not only legal but also business experience, which tends to be quite rare in our field. Since January 2014, I have been running my own practice, because at a certain point you realize that the best way to do things is to do them on your own. Law is both my profession and my passion, but I don’t shy away from other kinds of “rules of the game.” I relax on the golf course and when I’m not looking for my ball, I organize charity tournaments. Helping those in need makes sense to me and yes, that too goes hand in hand with law. I am a member of the Bar Association, Rotary International, and several other organizations. In other words, when I’m not working or playing sports, I’m probably at some meeting.
