I help growing families to move up in Tampa Bay’s communities with less stress by my Direct Dream Method. In 2015, we needed to upgrade our house. We loved this home. We had spent a lot of time and money making it ours. We had updated the kitchen and the bathrooms. Put in new flooring. We painted. We made our little yard a nice garden. But we were outgrowing it. We wanted more space. Space for our family to grow, space to have a great yard, and space for our extended family. We had both upgraded our careers in the time we had lived there, so we knew we could afford more. Not that we wanted to spend all our extra income. We knew that we could spend a bit more, though. So we began our search. It was not the experience we had hoped for. Both of us are very independent and capable of doing a lot of research on our own. But we were not experts in selling and buying a home. We had hoped to find a Realtor that could help us through the process. After the third Realtor that seemed to expect us to know the ins and outs of selling and buying, we realized that we might be on our own. So we did it on our own. We learned how to prepare our home for sale and what price it should sell for. Everyday, after work we drove through different neighborhoods in different cities looking for the right home. We found the house we eventually bought. Negotiated with the listing agent and the sellers. Navigated the title process. Figured out the loan process. Researched the contracts. Found contractors to remodel the new house. Found the movers to get from one place to the next. It was a full-time job! And it would have been so much easier if someone that had been through all that could have sat us down and explained the process. Asked us what our goals were and showed us the best way to get there. That made me realize that there is a giant gap out there. People need someone to help them through this stressful process. Most people don’t have the time to learn a new job while doing their main job. And most people don’t want to! That’s how I developed my Direct Dream Method. I took my own experience and developed a system to handle all the moving parts. A method to get directly to the heart of the process – the dream that makes the move important. My clients lead busy lives. I want them to focus on their families and other priorities. They deserve a smooth process not a jumbled train wreck. Using my method, I help families upgrade their home with less stress and I can help your family do the same.
